Bud was conceived in Denver CO, born in Salt Lake City UT, was a kid in East Lansing MI, teenager in New York NY, high-schooled in Wallingford CT (Choate, 1965, with one year in Brentwood, Essex, England), colleged (Harvard, 1969) and wed (BJ) in Cambridge MA, settled in Hot Springs NC, thirty-some years ago.
