No idea why you’re asking, here. But I’d guess most SEO (search engine optimization) coding and structural practices would work internationally, but some specific techniques are probably a lot more effective within a language area (keywords and tags). I suspect it’s mostly voodo. Traffic follows from content, not from tricks.
